The Brook Hills West Townhome Association Board of Directors is made up of Homeowners who volunteer to manage Association business, and must also enforcing the rules and regulations.
They donate considerable time and effort, receiving no compensation for any of their work.
Elections are held every year, and Homeowners are encouraged to vote and serve on the Board. The Board welcomes any help or assistance from Homeowners who are willing to lend their time, experience, or expertise.

The Directors meet as required to review Association business & finances, discuss & schedule work, review violations & fines, and approve bills & work orders. They also host a Spring and Fall Homeowners meeting where all Homeowners are encouraged to attend.
