Rules & Regulations

Townhome ownership and living varies somewhat from owning a single family home.  The Association rules regulate what can and cannot be done to the exterior, interior, and the common areas of the property.  These rules apply to all owners and their families, in addition to all guest, and any renters.  Some of these rules may seem restrictive or unreasonable, but they have been in place since the Association was formed, and they are for the benefit of our community and homeowners.

Please reference the Brook Hills West Townhome Association Rules and Regulation package that was provided to all homeowners during the purchase process.  Learning and following all rules will prevent violations, possible fines, re-work costs, and other actions.

If you cannot find your copy of the Rules & Regulations, please contact the management company, and a replacement copy can be provided at a nominal fee.
