INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Proper and sufficient insurance coverage of your unit is required at all time. Current proof of coverage needs to be on file with the Property Management company, and must be update if any changes or renewals occur.
In addition, Brook Hills West -THA must be named as "Additionally Insured" on your Homeowner's policy. This is not an option, but a requirement. The Association requires this so if there is any damage to one or more units, that the repairs will and can be made in a timely manner. All structural repairs must be made using matching materials, designs, and construction methods.
Failure to provide the proper documentation, coverage, and "Additionally Insured" listing will result in fines and other actions.
If your insurance company fails to provide this documentation automatically at renewal, it is the homeowner's responsibility to forward this information to our Management Company at:
